Connecting the airport tug and tow bar is normally a two person operation. With the Self-Aligning Tug Hitch from Williams Innovations, it is fast, safe, and easy for one person to hook-up and unhook.
There are three easy steps:
- Unlock safety pin
- Raise pin and swivel to “ready” position
- Drive tug to trailer/aircraft, unique V-shape guides lunette/tow ring to pin, when lunette hits pin, spring activated pin locks tug to trailer/aircraft
- Drive away!
